Saying yes
My previous post was on the power of a simple no, and ways to say it if you’re still learning to be comfortable with speaking your no.
Today I want to talk to the power of your yes. Because honestly, I believe the ability to know how to tune in to yourself when there’s a clear no feeling running through your body, also means you know what a clear yes feels like!
Learning how to give yourself permission to saying yes to life, might be as new and uncomfortable as speaking no when needed. Why? Both require you to be in tune and aware of your own needs, your own heart, your own worth.
Saying yes to things you deserve to enjoy, feel happy, change direction, connections to people or places, gifts you the freedom to be yourself and live in joy and possibility.
The gift of becoming.
Your wings unfold with knowing when it’s a yes, or a no. Saying yes to life sometimes means saying no to what’s not for you. Saying yes to joy can sometimes mean holding the grief of a no, of letting go of something, some place, some person, so you can step into your path.
Say yes to your becoming. Feel those wings unfold and your voice sing with the awareness of your heart, your truth ♥️
Much love, Adele.
